It’s time for another pig roast! This time, we partnered with Chef T.Ball and Cooper’s Meat Market to do all of the heaving lifting (literally). And Farmer Jeremy, of course, the man that raised the pig on our spent grain and coconut. It’s a beautiful circle of life.
Our team has lovingly named the delicious darling Hamlet, and we’re roasting him over an open pit on April 10. Being the proper German butcher that he is, Chef also has big plans for pork sausage and the tastiest sides.
And we can’t have a party without live music. Alex Lambert from American Idol will play the beer garden at 4 pm.
Chef will begin in the wee hours of the morning, which you are welcome to observe, but the real party kicks off at 3.
