let's have a beer
Team favorites at the moment
Half-Life is always a crowd favorite for both craft beer aficionados and those new to the beer scene. It is an unfiltered Northeast inspired IPA with an aroma that is interesting without being overpowering. Upon first sip, you will immediately pick up on the citrus characteristics. Soon to follow will be stone fruit and pine. But this is not a bitter IPA, friends. It is perfectly balanced with a focus on the delicious aroma. Half-Life finishes with a subtle and wheaty breadiness. It’s so perfectly light and crisp that it would be an amazing session beer if it weren’t for the 6% ABV, so sip and enjoy.
Cold IPA is an emerging trend that we hope sticks around. It’s dry, crisp, and hoppy. It is wester than a west coast and crispier than your favorite lager. It has a clean and assertive bitterness with a bold, dry finish that makes it craveable.
Red Gate, our Amber Lager, has a rich toasted bread character and notes of light caramel. It is a beautiful red color with a lovely dry and crisp finish. It is made for bbq and sports (watching or playing) and transitions easily from summer to fall and back again.
A beautiful honey lager that brings together the science of brewing with the natural sweetness of honey. Clean, crisp, and radiant, this beer achieves the balance of subtle honey notes and traditional lager characteristics. The result proves great beer is equal parts art and science.
The taproom is a haven tucked away in the heart of Dallas. We’ve fostered a special community with great beer, food, coffee, and live music. Beer brings people together.

Every brewery has their favorite hop or even a signature hop. We’ve flirted with a few for a while, but we’ve never really landed on a single hop. Instead, we have a collection that plays together in various degrees of usage depending on the beer. And now Sabro is making its way into our rotation.

Kitchen
We made an exciting change in our kitchen. We have switched to a local grass fed and finished cattle ranch called Happy Hollow Beef! We thoroughly tested all the cuts, of course. The flavor is much more flavorful than what you buy in a grocery store.
