We’re pretty lucky here at MPBC. We get to see so many of you so often that we haven’t experienced much of the sadness or disruption caused by COVID. Our daily lives have been pretty “normal.” And we forget about it until someone thanks us for being their happy place, which in return makes us incredibly thankful for our little community.
Now that more people are venturing out, we’re going to put a little structure around our releases and events. The virus is gonna virus, but we can control our happy moments throughout the week.
WEDNESDAY
We will release something new every Wednesday. It could be a beer or a food item. This week it happens to be both!
SATURDAY
Arms Race, our social run, has taken off! The group ranges from 4-year-olds to very experienced (and fast) runners. It’s been a blast to gather for a little exercise. Runners take off at 9:30 and then enjoy a post run 4 oz pour on us.
SUNDAY
We’re officially launching Uncovered; our Sunday evening live music series. There will be details about the more extensive program soon, but the basic gist is that you can hear local, live musicians playing original work every Sunday evening in the beer garden. These folks are some that have been hit the hardest by COVID, so we’re trying to support them as much as we can. And you can’t beat live music with friends and a cold beer.
