We’re making a few changes to our food menu. Don’t worry, the chicken and fries aren’t going anywhere. Fries remain in the top three sellers every single month! But we want to add a little more variety to the menu.
After a few recommendations and requests, we decided to kick it off with a cheeseburger. It isn’t just any cheeseburger either. The meat is delicious, of course, but it is the toppings that set it apart. Each burger is topped with aged cheddar, pickled green tomato, smoky bacon, and Hoppenheimer mustard. We love the mustard when paired with fries, but now we know it is meant for a burger.
We do not bake the poppyseed buns in-house, which means we lose our scratch kitchen status. That’s okay because it also means we are keeping our kitchen gluten-free. The buns are grilled on a separate surface only they will touch.
The burger is just the beginning of some exciting changes. We are rolling out something new each week!
