Saisons. They’re not trendy, but they are always a solid staple. Beer lovers enjoy them, and they make an amazing crossover beer for white wine drinkers. Unfortunately, they’re hard to sell to beer buyers at restaurants and bars. They see the style and immediately get nervous they will sit. I suppose that’s good for us, because it means you will have to visit the taproom to enjoy the style!
We have a new Saison on tap. Some of you may have tasted Reaction last spring. Well, this is a riff on that beer but with a slight adjustment, so we’re calling is Reaction Beta. Expect it to follow the same path as Particles Collide.
Reaction Beta is a balance of fruit and spice with a lovely dry finish. It is effervescent and a touch floral.
