PILSNER — 5.3% ABV | 30 IBU

We set out to create a Pilsner that we would drink. The beer needed to be slightly complex with a bit of our signature style while avoiding everything we dislike about most Pils.

Our version of a Pilsner is dry, crisp, and has a hint of hop character. If you get real nerdy during your tastings, you will also pick up on herbal qualities. Like all Pilsners, ours is light in body and color.

AMBER LAGER — 5.4% ABV

Red Gate, our Amber Lager, has a rich toasted bread character and notes of light caramel. It is a beautiful red color with a lovely dry and crisp finish. It is made for bbq and sports and transitions easily from summer to fall and back again.

RICE LAGER — 5.2% ABV

Redacted is light in body and color with absolute clarity and a lovely dry finish. It is the perfect balance between maltiness and very mild bitterness with an ever-so-slight sweetness. It is crisp and refreshing whether enjoyed in the middle of summer or with a meal.

WHITE BEER — 5.4% ABV

HEFEWEIZEN — 5.3% ABV

Fallout is a German-style hefeweizen with a soft mouthfeel and a balanced presence of clove and banana. This wheat beer is easy drinking with enough bitterness to offset the malt sweetness.

COFFEE BLONDE — 5.2% ABV

FRUITED GOSE — 5.4% ABV

With its citrus flavors, saltiness, and lack of hop bitterness, Bikini Atoll is a favorite for friends that think they don’t like beer. It is light and effervescent with high carbonation. Summers at the pool inspired this beer.

PINA COLADA IPA — 7.1% ABV

Atomic Alliance is the IPA of summer. We pushed the tropical characteristics with fresh coconut, vanilla, and appropriate hop selections to enhance the pineapple flavor. We also use lactose for the hazy, tropical, and almost creamy flavors. Just like a Pina Colada.

HAZY IPA — 6.2% ABV | 33 IBU

Half-Life is always a crowd favorite for both craft beer aficionados and those new to the beer scene. It is an unfiltered Northeast inspired IPA with an aroma that is interesting without being overpowering.

HAZY IPA — 8% ABV | 50 IBU

This is the Goldilocks of IPAs. It’s not too bitter, not too sweet, and not too dry. It’s just right. It’s Double Half-Life, and we released it to celebrate our one-year anniversary.

HAZY IPA — 7.5% ABV

COLD IPA — 7.1% ABV

Cold IPA is an emerging trend that we hope sticks around. It’s dry, crisp, and hoppy. It has a clean and assertive bitterness with a bold, dry finish that makes it craveable. But be careful. The 7.1% is as sneaky as the monkey.

WEST COAST AMERICAN IPA — 7.4% ABV | 68 IBU

This beer was created for the IPA lovers out there. It is a perfectly balanced West Coast American IPA with huge dank hop aroma. IPAs can start to blend together with that glorious pine aroma, but this one is different — it manages to be a hoppy beer you can drink all afternoon.

BELGIAN GOLDEN STRONG — 10.0% ABV | 30 IBU

Wise Monkeys is a Belgian Golden Strong that packs a punch in a devilishly drinkable package. When you raise the glass to your nose, you will detect a bit of fermented stone fruit, specifically peach and pear.

COCONUT PORTER — 6.2% ABV | 25 IBU

Do you like the coconut Girl Scout cookie? And do you like coffee? If your answer is yes to both, then this is your beer. At first sniff, you will immediately detect coconut, chocolate, and a wonderful roast.

COFFEE STOUT — 8.6% ABV

From the first encounter of the aroma to the finish, the coffee is evident, but not so much that it is overpowering. As the beer warms, you will discover chocolate, cinnamon, and even a touch of vanilla.
